We believe that many of modern society’s health problems result from weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations brought on by poor nutrition. We are dedicated to helping each individuals reverse the negative effects of the modern diet through nutritional therapy.
Massage & Bodywork
Massage & Bodywork covers variety of modalities. Over the past 24 years, I have collected many modalities but my favorites are trigger point therapy, acupressure, auriculotherapy, deep tissue, craniosacral, and pregnancy.
